Here is your opportunity to tell us about your graphic design needs, and this is a long questionnaire. However, we require this to be filled out before moving forward. Filling this out allows us to understand your needs better and to make the design process move quickly. The more information you give us here, the better the solution we will be able to provide. It will also help you organize your ideas and thoughts about your project.

You are asking yourself why this long process. Waylan Designs focuses on quality and wants to provide the best service to our clients. We want to build a business relationship with our clients. One of our primary goals is to help our clients be successful.

  • We only work with the decision makers in the organization.
  • Choose the answer that most closely fits.
  • (Example, new product launch, rebranding, grow client base.)
  • Please enter the color palette you wish us to use. If you have corporate colors please list those. If possible please provide either Pantone codes or Hex info (e.g. #ED12C8)
  • If you already have an idea in mind please describe it here.
  • If you have a lot of content and images for your project let us know. I will send a link to a Dropbox folder where you can upload all your content. (Example for flyer: who, what, start and end times, location, cost, event details, sponsor logos, images)

  • Do you see samples of designs that you really like that you want inspiration from.

  • Designing isn't a commodity, meaning that you will get different costs from every designer you speak to. Waylan Designs personally listen to your specific needs first, and then we put together a customized proposal based on those needs. With this said, please provide a rough idea of what you're willing to invest, keeping in mind that the more you can invest, the more I can invest in your project.

  • What are the top 3 business needs?

    It's helpful to set SMART goals as it keeps all of us on the same page and moving in the same direction. IE: Goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.
